Ingredients

  • 2 whole ripe mangoes, diced
  • 2 whole ripe avocados, diced

  • 1 whole jalapeño, seeds removed and minced

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes and avocados.
  2. Add the chopped red onion, diced red bell pepper, and minced jalapeño to the bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the fresh cilantro over the mixture.
  4. Drizzle lime juice evenly across the ingredients.
  5. Gently toss the salsa together until all ingredients are well incorporated, being careful not to mash the avocados.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preference.
  7. Let the salsa sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
