Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

1 cup buttermilk (or plant-based milk)

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Begin by preheating your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Pour the buttermilk into the bowl with the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth to create a batter.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated. Shake off any excess batter.

Place the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray or brush with olive oil for better crispiness.

Air fry the cauliflower at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Once the cauliflower bites are done, transfer them to a large bowl and immediately drizzle with buffalo sauce. Toss gently to coat them evenly.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley. Enjoy your spicy and crunchy bites!
