Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wontons

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for heat preference)

1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 package of wonton wrappers

Olive oil spray

Salt and pepper to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, chopped green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until creamy and evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper as needed.

    Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place a teaspoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each wrapper.

      Using a finger, wet the edges of the wonton wrapper with a little water. Fold the wrapper over to create a triangle, pressing firmly to seal. You can also fold the corners inward for a more decorative shape.

        Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

          Once preheated, lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place the wontons in a single layer in the basket, making sure they don’t touch each other. Lightly spray the tops of the wontons with olive oil.

            Air fry the wontons for about 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking to ensure they turn golden brown and crispy.

              Once cooked, remove the wontons from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
