Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade. Toss until the shrimp are fully coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes for the best flavor.

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Place the marinated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure not to overcrowd to allow even cooking.

Cook the shrimp in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The shrimp should be pink and opaque when done.

Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the air fryer and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Toss gently to combine.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
