1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup diced pickles (dill or bread & butter)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1 package egg roll wrappers (about 20)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef along with the diced onion. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is no longer pink and the onions are translucent, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

    Flavor the Filling: Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well until the cheese is melted and everything is combined.

      Prepare the Egg Rolls: Take an egg roll wrapper and lay it flat with a corner pointing towards you. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the cheeseburger filling in the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, followed by the sides, and then roll it up tightly, sealing the top corner with a little water.

        Air Fry the Rolls: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray to help them crisp up. Arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch (you may need to do this in batches).
