Ingredients
  

1 pound sirloin beef, thinly sliced against the grain

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional for heat)

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, olive oil, and chili flakes. Mix well to form a marinade.

    Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Allow the beef to marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for enhanced flavor).

      After marinating, sprinkle cornstarch over the beef and toss to ensure an even coating. This will help achieve the crispy texture.

        Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

          Arrange the coated beef slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap. You may need to do this in batches.

            Air fry the beef for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking. Check for desired crispiness; cook an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.

              Once done, remove the beef from the air fryer and let it rest for a minute.

                Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and alongside lemon wedges for a zesty finish. Enjoy your crispy beef that's even better than takeout!
