1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well to create a flavorful marinade.

    Add the cubed sirloin steak to the marinade, tossing to ensure all the pieces are coated evenly. Let the steak marinate for at least 20 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for deeper flavor).
