Ingredients
  

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

    Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor).

      Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

        Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, packing them closely but not overcrowding.

          Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the skewers in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they’re not touching to allow for even cooking.

            Air fry the chicken skewers at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).

              Once done, remove the skewers from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes.

                Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
