10 egg roll wrappers

1 cup dill pickle spears, drained and chopped

1 cup shredded cream cheese (or softened)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Cooking spray or olive oil for brushing

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped dill pickle spears, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and fresh dill (if using). Mix until everything is well incorporated.

      Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing toward you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the pickle mixture in the center of the wrapper.

        Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal the egg roll. Use a little water on the edges to help seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

          Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray or brush with olive oil. Place the egg rolls in the basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded (cook in batches if necessary).

            Spray the tops of the egg rolls with cooking spray or brush lightly with olive oil.

              Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

                Carefully remove the egg rolls from the air fryer and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
