1 package (10 oz) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup pepperoni slices (or any preferred toppings like bell peppers, olives, or sausage)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat & Prep: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

    Prepare Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle about ¼ inch thick. Cut the dough into squares (about 4x4 inches).

      Assemble Filling: In a bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.

        Fill the Rolls: Take a square of dough and place about a tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center. Add a small spoonful of marinara sauce on top of the cheese (about half a teaspoon).

          Seal the Rolls: Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to create a pocket and pinch to seal tightly. Repeat with the remaining squares.

            Brush & Arrange: Place the assembled pizza rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Drizzle or brush the tops with olive oil to help them crisp up during cooking.

              Air Fry: Cook the pizza rolls in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.

                Serve: Carefully remove the pizza rolls from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Serve with additional marinara sauce for dipping.
