2 ripe avocados

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Start by halving the avocados, removing the pit, and scooping the flesh into a blender or food processor.

    Add the Greek yogurt, fresh lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to the blender.

      Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, you can add a tablespoon of water to achieve your desired consistency.

        Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt, pepper, or lime juice if needed.

          Transfer the creamy avocado sauce to a serving dish or bowl and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves for a burst of color.
