Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

4 slices of bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.

In the same skillet, add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the bacon cheeseburger mixture at the wide end of each triangle.

Optionally, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over the mixture for extra flavor.

Roll up the triangles from the wide end to the tip, tucking in the sides as you go to ensure the filling doesn't escape.

Place the rolled-up dough on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Sprinkle with sesame seeds for additional texture and garnish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, and serve warm.
