Ingredients

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 6-8 strips)

1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 egg (for egg wash)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and black pepper. Mix until well combined to form your cheese filling.

Take each biscuit from the dough package and flatten it into a circle (about 4 inches in diameter) on a lightly floured surface.

Place a generous tablespoon of the cheese and bacon mixture in the center of each biscuit circle.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling to create a sealed ball. Pinch the edges together to ensure no filling escapes during baking.

Place the stuffed dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush the tops of the dough balls with the egg wash. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
