Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon, sliced

1 teaspoon dried dill or fresh dill for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

Aluminum foil

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut large pieces of aluminum foil (about 12 inches long) and lay one salmon fillet in the center of each piece.

Arrange a handful of trimmed asparagus next to each salmon fillet.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle this mixture evenly over the salmon and asparagus.

Lay a couple of lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet.

Sprinkle the dried dill over each section for flavor.

Carefully fold the sides of the aluminum foil over the salmon and asparagus, making sure to seal them well to form packets.

Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Remove from the oven and let the packets rest for 5 minutes before carefully unwrapping them.

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve packets directly on plates for a rustic appeal, or transfer the salmon and asparagus to a bed of quinoa or rice for a complete meal. Garnish with additional fresh dill and lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor and color.
