Ingredients

6 small taco shells (soft flour tortillas work best)

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup vanilla pudding (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup whipped cream

1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare your taco shells by gently warming the soft flour tortillas in a skillet over low heat for about 20-30 seconds on each side until they are pliable.

Once warmed, form the tortillas into taco shapes by placing them in a taco holder or propping them on their sides in a baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, fold together the vanilla pudding and half of the whipped cream until well combined. This will be your creamy filling.

Spoon a generous amount of the pudding mixture into each taco shell, ensuring they are well filled but not overflowing.

Lay the sliced bananas evenly over the pudding in each taco.

Top each taco with the remaining whipped cream to add a cloud-like finish.

Sprinkle the crushed vanilla wafers and a pinch of ground cinnamon over the top for added crunch and flavor.

Optionally, garnish with a fresh mint leaf for a pop of color and a refreshing aroma.

Serve immediately so the taco shells remain soft.
