Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce. Ensure the chicken is well coated.
Place the whole wheat flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly across the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Then, add the sliced red onion and corn kernels on top.
Lightly drizzle olive oil over the toppings, then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
Remove the flatbread pizza from the oven. Allow it to cool for a minute, then sprinkle chopped cilantro on top for a fresh finish.
Cut the flatbread into slices and serve warm.
