1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

4 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, and romaine)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup corn (fresh or canned, drained)

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1 avocado, diced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup crispy tortilla strips (optional, for crunch)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for drizzling

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
