In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties. These should be about 1 inch thick for even cooking.
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates or your skillet to prevent sticking.
Cook the turkey burgers on the grill or skillet for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and are golden brown.
In the last minute of cooking, place the hamburger buns cut-side down on the grill or skillet to lightly toast them.
Once the burgers are cooked and the buns are toasted, assemble your burgers. Start with the bottom bun, add a turkey patty, and top it with lettuce, tomato, and onion. Drizzle a little extra BBQ sauce on top if desired, then place the top bun.
