Ingredients
  

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

8 slider buns

8 slices of sharp cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon ketchup

Pickles, for garnish

Fresh arugula or lettuce, for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined; do not overwork the meat.

    Shape the Patties: Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into small, flat patties slightly larger than the slider buns, as they will shrink while cooking.

      Cook the Patties: Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4 minutes on one side, then flip and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.

        Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and ketchup until well blended.

          Assemble the Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half. Spread a little of the sauce mixture on the bottom half of each bun. Place a beef and cheese patty on top, followed by pickles and a few leaves of arugula or lettuce. Top each slider with the other half of the bun.

            Serve: Arrange the sliders on a serving platter and serve with extra sauce on the side, if desired. Enjoy your savory sliders warm!
