Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar until well mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside to cool.

Mix the Cream Cheese Filling: In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add ¾ cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.

Add Eggs and Sour Cream: Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition just until blended. Do not overmix. Fold in the sour cream and lemon juice until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Mix in the Blueberries: Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, taking care not to break them up too much. This will create a beautiful marbled effect in your cheesecake.

Bake the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Cool Down: Once baked, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional hour to cool slowly. This prevents cracking.

Chill: After cooling, remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best flavor.

Serve: When ready to serve, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan. Slice the cheesecake and then drizzle any remaining blueberries on top for garnish if desired.

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 8 hours (including cooling and chilling) | Servings: 10 slices

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the cheesecake on a beautiful cake stand. You can add a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top for a touch of elegance, and serve with extra fresh blueberries on the side for color and flavor. Enjoy!
