Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced onions

1/2 cup diced pickles (dill or sweet, based on preference)

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

4 large flour tortillas

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional toppings: lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and additional toppings of choice

Instructions

Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the excess fat.

Mix in Cheese and Condiments: Reduce the heat to low and add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, ketchup, and mustard to the cooked beef. Stir until the cheese melts and the mixture is combined. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Wraps: Lay out a flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon a generous amount of the cheeseburger mixture onto the center of the tortilla, then sprinkle diced pickles on top. Add any optional toppings you desire.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll the bottom up over the filling. Tuck it under tightly to create a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Grill the Wraps: In the same skillet, add olive oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Slice and Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Slice them diagonally for easy eating, and serve warm.

              Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Arrange the grilled wraps on a platter, served with additional ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping. Garnish with fresh lettuce and cherry tomatoes for a pop of color!
