8 oz rotini pasta

6 slices crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool completely.

    Prepare the Dressing: In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

      Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, sliced red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
