Ingredients

1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, thawed)

1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1/2 cup milk

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners or lightly grease it.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture; mix until fully combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if using).

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir until just combined; do not over mix.

Gently fold in the blueberries to the batter, being careful not to break them.

Evenly distribute the muffin batter into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes or until the muffins are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 12 muffins

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and garnished with additional fresh blueberries on top for an appealing finish. Enjoy alongside a cup of coffee or tea!
