Ingredients

8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

1 lb ground beef

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Start by cooking the bowtie pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.

Increase the heat to medium-high and stir in the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring well. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes to reduce slightly.

Lower the heat to medium and add the cubed Velveeta cheese and sour cream to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

Gently fold in the cooked bowtie pasta until evenly coated with the creamy sauce. Heat for an additional 2 minutes to combine.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, then serve hot.
