Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz each)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Celery sticks (for serving)

Carrot sticks (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

Prepare the Crescent Ring Base: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 16 triangles.

Arrange the Dough: On the prepared baking sheet, arrange the triangles in a ring shape, with the pointed ends facing outward, leaving a space in the center.

Add the Filling: Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly around the wide end of each triangle, being careful not to overfill.

Fold the Dough: Carefully fold the pointed ends of the dough triangles over the filling and tuck them underneath to seal the ring. Ensure there are no gaps where the filling can escape during baking.

Egg Wash: Brush the top of the crescent ring with the beaten egg to give it a golden-brown finish.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the crescent dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove the ring from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onions for garnish. Serve warm with celery and carrot sticks on the side.
