Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

½ cup buffalo sauce

1 bag tortilla chips (10-12 oz)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

1 jalapeño, sliced

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup green onions, chopped for garnish

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.

On a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter, spread out a layer of tortilla chips, ensuring they slightly overlap.

Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the chips, followed by a generous sprinkle of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

Scatter the sliced jalapeños over the top, adding as many as you like for extra heat.

Place the nachos in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the nachos from the oven and let them cool slightly. Drizzle sour cream over the top and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles, if using.

Finish by garnishing with chopped green onions and cilantro for a fresh touch. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

                  Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 4-6

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the nachos directly from the baking sheet or transfer to a large platter. Add extra jalapeños, shredded cheese, and sour cream in small bowls for a colorful and interactive presentation. Enjoy with a side of extra buffalo sauce for dipping!
