Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast (preferably poached or rotisserie)

1/2 cup Frank's RedHot sauce (or your favorite buffalo sauce)

4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup celery, diced

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup carrots, shredded

1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (or feta for a twist)

1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup sliced avocado for extra creaminess

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the Frank's RedHot sauce. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.

    Make the Base: In a large serving bowl, layer the mixed greens as the base of the salad.

      Add the Veggies: Top the mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, celery, red onion, and shredded carrots. If using, also add the sliced avocado for that extra creaminess.

        Incorporate the Chicken: Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture over the salad, making sure to distribute it evenly.
