Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1 cup large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup spinach, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Season the Seafood: Rub the Cajun seasoning evenly over the salmon fillets and shrimp. Ensure both sides are well-coated for maximum flavor.

Sauté the Salmon: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the shrimp and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside with the salmon.

Make the Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until it starts to thicken.

Add Vegetables: Stir in the cherry tomatoes and chopped spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts and tomatoes soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Combine Everything: Return the salmon and shrimp to the skillet, gently spooning the creamy sauce over the seafood. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Season: Add salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the flavor as desired.

Serve and Enjoy: Plate the creamy salmon and shrimp mixture, garnishing with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
