Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Begin by patting the shrimp dry with paper towels. In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with the Cajun seasoning, ensuring they are well-coated.

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Once melted and bubbly, add the seasoned shrimp to the pan in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side without stirring, allowing them to develop a nice sear.

Flip the shrimp over and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and transfer them to a plate.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.

Pour in the lemon juice and add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet. Toss everything together to combine and heat through for another minute. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

Remove from heat and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the shrimp. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the shrimp in a beautiful shallow bowl, pouring some of the garlic butter sauce over the top. Add a sprinkle of extra parsley for color, and place lemon wedges around for an inviting look.
