2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup whole milk

1 medium apple, peeled and diced

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon nutmeg

¼ cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

1 piece of graham cracker, crushed (for garnish)

Instructions
