Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

12 small slider buns

6 slices of cheddar cheese, cut into quarters

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 large tomato, sliced

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

Ketchup and mustard, for topping

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined to avoid overworking the meat.

Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.

Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, slightly wider than the slider buns as they will shrink while cooking.

Place the patties on the hot grill or skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on the first side.

Flip the sliders and place a quarter slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the hamburgers reach your desired doneness.

While sliders are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns on a separate pan or under the broiler until golden brown.

Assemble the sliders by placing a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato, pickles, and then finish with ketchup and mustard.

Finally, place the top half of the bun on each slider.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 12 sliders

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the sliders stacked on a wooden board or platter with small toothpicks inserted to hold them together. You can add a side of crispy fries or potato chips for an extra delightful experience!
