Ingredients

1 package of Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

6 slices of cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

½ cup dill pickles, sliced

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Fresh lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Shape the beef into small patties that fit the Hawaiian rolls, usually about 2-3 inches wide. You should get about 12 patties.

Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4 minutes on each side until they’re browned and cooked to your desired doneness.

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover the pan with a lid to melt the cheese.

While the patties finish cooking, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them.

Spread the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard evenly across the bottom half of the rolls.

Once the patties are done, place each cheeseburger patty on the prepared bottom half of the rolls.

Top each slider with pickle slices and fresh lettuce.

Place the top half of the rolls over the sliders.

If desired, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and mix it with sesame seeds. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls for extra flavor and crunch.

Wrap the whole assembled sliders in aluminum foil and bake them in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes until warmed through and the rolls soften slightly.

Remove from the oven, slice individually, and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces!

Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Servings: 12 sliders

                              - Presentation Tips: Arrange the sliders on a large platter and serve with small bowls of ketchup and mustard for dipping. Add a few sprigs of fresh parsley around the edges for a pop of color!
