Ingredients

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1/4 cup jalapeños, chopped (fresh or pickled, depending on heat preference)

2 green onions, chopped (white and green parts)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or freshly sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheeses. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the drained diced tomatoes with green chilies, crumbled bacon, chopped jalapeños, and green onions. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well to ensure even distribution.

Transfer the mixture into a medium-sized, oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and slightly golden on top.

Carefully remove it from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Serve warm with tortilla chips or slices of fresh baguette for dipping.
