Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.

Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the cooked beef. Mix well and remove from heat.

Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet, mixing until the cheese is melted and well combined with the beef.

Open the can of biscuit dough. Separate the dough into individual biscuits by gently pulling them apart.

Place a heaping tablespoon of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.

Fold the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching the edges together to create a sealed ball.

Place the filled biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush each biscuit bomb with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Once out of the oven, let them cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

                        Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8
