Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 medium onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

6 large flour tortillas

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 large tomato, diced

1/2 cup sour cream

1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Season the Meat: Sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and let cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until aromatic.

Add the Cheese: Reduce heat to low. Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the beef mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the cheese melt, about 3-4 minutes.

Assemble the Wrap: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of the tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and a few avocado slices.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top, enclosing the filling completely. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

Cook the Wraps: Optional - For a crispy exterior, place the wraps seam-side down on a hot, dry skillet over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.

Serve: Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve with a dollop of sour cream on the side.
