Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)

1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup corn (frozen or canned, drained)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)

Tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced veggies for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, and cream cheese. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Add the buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully combined.

Fold in ½ cup of the shredded cheddar cheese until thoroughly mixed.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (around 9x9 inches or similar size) and spread evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the dip.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Optionally, garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions before serving.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.
