Ingredients
  

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup ranch dressing

2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini work well)

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup frozen peas (optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

½ teaspoon paprika (for garnish)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cooked pasta, garlic powder, onion powder, and frozen peas (if using). Stir until all ingredients are well coated.

      Add half of the sharp cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese into the mixture. Mix until evenly distributed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

        Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

          Top the casserole with the remaining sharp cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.

            Sprinkle paprika on top for added color and flavor.

              Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

                After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.

                  Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
