2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup sour cream

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before shredding the chicken.

    Make the Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, and sour cream. Mix until well combined and creamy.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center of the tortilla, spread a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture. Top with chopped spinach and diced tomatoes.
