Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup spinach leaves

Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well integrated and creamy.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a handful of spinach leaves in the center, then spoon a generous amount of the cheesy chicken filling on top of the spinach.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling completely. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas and filling.

Grill the Wraps: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and drizzle a little olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.

Serve: Once golden and crispy, remove the wraps from the skillet, slice them in half, and serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce or a side salad.
