Ingredients

1 package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup pepperoni slices, chopped

1/2 cup marinara sauce (plus extra for dipping)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pepperoni, shredded mozzarella, marinara sauce, oregano, and garlic powder. Stir until the ingredients are well mixed.

On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into squares, approximately 3x3 inches in size.

Place a heaping tablespoon of the cheese and pepperoni mixture in the center of each dough square.

Gently fold each corner of the dough square towards the center, pinching the edges together tightly to form a sealed ball. Ensure there are no openings.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil with grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of the pizza bombs.

Arrange the pizza bombs on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.

Remove the pizza bombs from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve warm with additional marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
