Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Layer the pepperoni slices over the cheese, then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using) on top.

Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the seams to seal and tuck in the ends.

Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces and arrange them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil to help them crisp up in the oven.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Pair with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
