2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced (grilled or rotisserie)

6 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, and romaine)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cucumber, sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing (more to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: croutons for added crunch

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Toss gently to mix the vegetables.

    Add the diced chicken on top of the salad mix, followed by the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.

      Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad; start with 1/2 cup and adjust according to your preference.

        Gently toss the salad with your hands or a large spoon until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.

          Taste the salad and season with salt and pepper as needed.

            If using, sprinkle croutons on top for extra texture just before serving.
