Ingredients

2 large flatbreads or naan

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup croutons (optional for crunch)

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for brushing

1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Caesar dressing. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.

Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder if desired.

Bake the flatbreads in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until they are lightly toasted.

Remove the flatbreads from the oven and distribute the chicken mixture evenly over each flatbread.

Top the chicken with chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and croutons, if using.

Finish by sprinkling grated Parmesan cheese over the toppings and a dash of freshly cracked black pepper for added flavor.

Return the flatbreads to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is slightly melted and the lettuce is just beginning to wilt.

Slice the flatbreads into pieces and serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of Caesar dressing if desired.
