2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 large egg, beaten

3 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, and parsley.

    Stir in the paprika, salt, and black pepper until all the ingredients are well mixed.

      Add the beaten egg to the mixture and combine thoroughly; the egg will act as a binding agent.

        Using your hands, shape the mixture into small patties (about the size of your palm).

          Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

            Once the oil is hot, carefully place the patties in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

              Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

                Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
