2 lbs chicken wings

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup lime juice

1 tablespoon lime zest

2 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, lime zest, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.

    Add the chicken wings to the bowl, ensuring they're well coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight for best flavor.

      Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack atop it for even cooking.

        Arrange the marinated chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Reserve leftover marinade for basting later.

          Bake the wings for 40 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time to ensure they crisp up nicely on both sides.

            Approximately 10 minutes before the wings are done, baste them with the reserved marinade for an extra layer of flavor.

              Once finished, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.

                Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro before serving.
