1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1/2 cup diced green onions

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, chili beans, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, diced green onions, and diced bell pepper, ensuring that everything is evenly distributed.

Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it out evenly.

Top the dip with additional shredded cheese if desired, and add any optional toppings like sliced jalapeños or cilantro.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, with a golden cheese layer on top.
