2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1 ½ cups ice cubes

2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder

2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)

Whipped cream (for topping)

Extra crushed cookies (for garnish)

In a blender, combine the milk, ice cubes, matcha powder, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.

    Add the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies to the blender and pulse a few times to mix them in without fully blending; you want some chunks for texture.
