Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup spinach, chopped

1/2 cup Alfredo sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 package (6 oz) pizza dough

1 egg (for egg wash)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Cut the dough into equal rectangles, approximately 4x6 inches. You should have about 4-6 rectangles depending on how you cut them.

Spoon a generous amount of the chicken filling onto the center of each rectangle, making sure not to overfill to avoid spilling out during baking.

Fold the long edges of the dough over the filling and then fold the short edges over, creating a sealed pocket. Pinch the edges to ensure they are well-sealed.

Place the chicken bakes seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the top of each chicken bake to give it a golden color when baked.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and puffed up.

Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing in half to serve.
