Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 tablespoon minced garlic

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1½ teaspoons lemon juice

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the softened butter. Using a fork or a hand mixer, beat the butter until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the minced garlic, parsley, chives, cilantro, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, smoked paprika, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust any of the seasonings to match your flavor preference.

Transfer the cowboy butter to a piece of parchment paper. Roll it into a log shape, twisting the ends to seal. Alternatively, you can place it in a small bowl or jar.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully.

Serve it on grilled meats, steamed vegetables, or even as a spread on crusty bread.
