8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup lump crab meat, drained

1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup crispy fried wonton strips (for serving)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Creamy Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or a wooden spoon to blend until creamy and smooth.

      Add Crab & Flavors: Gently fold in the lump crab meat, green onions, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

        Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the mixture into a baking dish (an 8x8 inch is ideal) and spread it evenly.

          Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and slightly golden on top.

            Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then garnish with crispy fried wonton strips and parsley (if using). Serve warm with additional wonton strips or veggie sticks for dipping.
